Just announced as World Design Capital 2018, Mexico City's star is rising, and Astro is already playing its part in the city's creative revolution.

At Design Week in Mexico City (DWM), apart from being represented by designer and local partner Diez Company during the event, Astro sponsored one of the installations in the Design House - an annual DWM project where a group of renowned designers Uribe Krayer Interior Design and Art Consultants, Mexico City transform different areas in a single house. A variety of Astro luminaires was featured throughout the building, including Numero, which served to guide visitors between the different spaces.

Diez has been able to add a strong hospitality dimension to its offer thanks to its relationship with the Astro brand, and opened up new opportunities in Mexico and Latin America for the use of Astro luminaires.
