Role overview

Reporting to the Head of IT, as Business Systems Manager you will be responsible for ensuring optimal system availability and user experience for our global teams by configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and supporting key systems. Your primary focus will be to manage and administer MS Navision 2016.

Responsibilities

  • Subject matter expert in MS Navision 2016 modules (Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales Order and Finance).
  • Analyse business requirements and apply your knowledge of the systems to design effective solutions, ensuring thorough testing and effective business transformation.
  • Prioritise the project backlog and handle BAU issues and change requests.
  • Review the support process ensuring effective solutions are in place.
  • Hands-on management of MS Navision 2016 and user training
  • Configure MS Navision 2016 according to business requirements, carry out testing, and produce documentation.
  • Work closely with Dynamics partners to design and test upgrades/customisations.
  • Creation of Jet Reports and Power BI reports.
  • Administer other applications.

About you

  • Minimum 3 years hands-on proven administrative experience in MS Navision configuration, customisation, workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports.
  • Microsoft certification for administration of MS Navision 2016 modules.
  • Knowledge of advanced warehouse management, Intercompany processes in NAV and Jet Reports.
  • Experience with XML and JSON.
  • Ability to build supportive relationships with all departments across the business.
