Czy mogę instalować Wasze produkty poza Wielką Brytanią?

Wszystkie nasze produkty są dostosowane do standardowego napięcia sieci w Europie, czyli 230 V. Jedynie na kontynencie amerykańskim i w Japonii stosowane jest napięcie 110 V. Nasze lampy podłączane do sieci będą działać przy napięciu 110 V, ale mogą do nich nie pasować miejscowe żarówki. Oprawy Oprawy niskonapięciowe, LED i energooszczędne nie nadają się do użytku przy napięciu sieciowym 110 V.

Can I use a specific dimming module with your dimmable products?

We are unable to test each product / LED Driver / Lamps with every possible dimming module on the market. We recommend you contact the manufacturer of the dimmer for them to advise on compatibility. Product / Driver datasheets are available to download from our website.

Which lights in your range can be dimmed?

If the light fitting has one of the following lampholders - GU10, G9, E27 or E14, and you are not using a fluorescent/compact fluorescent bulb, then it can be dimmed using a standard wall dimmer-switch.

For products with integrated LEDs, please refer to the product datasheets for information regarding dimming.

What appliances can I plug into a shaver-socket?

The shaver sockets in our products are all separated from the mains by a safety isolating transformer. As a result, they are suitable only for electric shavers and toothbrushes, including re-chargeable versions of these. They are not suitable for higher power appliances, such as hair dryers.

What are your terms of cancellation or amendment to sales orders?

UK Same Day Despatch

We are able to accept a request to cancel or amend an order up to the point of the consignment being booked with our haulier. If the haulier has been booked then unfortunately we will be unable to accept the request. Please then follow our standard Returns process on receipt of your order. If an individual item is removed or added there will be a 24 hour delay in despatch.

A request to cancel or amend an order may result in a 24 hour delay in the collection date/time.

What is your returns policy?

If you are an end-user and you have received a faulty product, please contact your supplier who should arrange a replacement for you.

If you are Retailer, Wholesaler or Distribution partner of Astro, please note that goods you wish to return which are not faulty or defective will only be accepted if ordered or delivered in error or if an authorised sample. Please notify Astro of your request to return within 10 working days of the delivery date by completing the Astro Returns Form.

Return requests can only be considered if notified within the 10 working day period. Once authorised and a returns number is issued, the goods must be returned within 10 working days of the issue of the returns number or the returns number will become invalid (20 working days for total process).

Authorised returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Authorised returns will only be accepted in a clean re-saleable condition.This means that the item has not been used or damaged and is still in its original box with all contents included.There should be no additional labels or any writing on the product or the product box.
