Role overview

A Supply Chain Analyst is being sought to further strengthen the Operations team, which serves the global business. Based at Astro HQ in Harlow, UK, and reporting to the Head of Procurement.

The role will support the Operations Team to improve the company's timely delivery of products to its customers Globally by analysing data and used methods.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting inventory analysis and designing reports accordingly.
  • Monitoring and collecting data on current operations, including open supplier orders, shipping, warehousing, and delivery.
  • Gathering data on each step within the supply chain, and using it to recommend change to reduce costs.
  • Communicating with other departments within the company to identify efficiency issues, propose changes for improvement.
  • Managing Astro Demand Planning Software, working with our partner to further develop its scope & output.
